We develop bracelets in standard 7 inch sizes (average for women); however, if you know you would like something smaller or larger than that, please let us know and we will accommodate.

 

We are happy to accommodate customer orders and sizes, but measure carefully!

Custom orders will all be considered as Final Sale.

 

Measuring for Bangle Sizes: 

You will need to measure the size of your hand, our bangles are designed to be very snug to put on so they are comfortable when you wear them (particularly important for the styles with the larger stones). DO NOT measure the size of your wrist!

To determine your hand size, cup you hand and fingers, as if you are putting on a bangle, with your thumb tucked under your palm diagonal reaching to your pinky finger. 

Measure the width across the knuckles including your thumb. You can wrap a soft measuring tape around to determine your appropriate size, or simply use a piece of yarn and measure it against a flat ruler.

RETURNS

How do I track my order?

 

We ship through USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided a confirmation that your order has shipped along with a tracking number that you can track on the USPS website. 

 

We gladly accept and accomodate custom orders!

What are your delivery options?

 

Our default shipping method is 2 day priority mail for all delivery locations in the United States.  We will quote international shipping rates on an individual order basis.  We will do our best to accomodate expedited shipping if you are in a rush to get your JA Jewels!

How do I return an item?

 

We will gladly accept returns for unworn, and undamaged items in original packing. Please notify us immediately upon receiving your order if you would like to initiate a return. We do not accept returns without notification and if the period is greater than 5 days after receipt of your JA jewels. 

 

 

What is your return policy?
